Pauline Sarazin is a research assistant at EM2C, where she contributes to the Council's work on European foreign policy, Middle Eastern affairs, and Euro-Mediterranean strategic cooperation. She supports research projects, policy papers, and institutional initiatives, with a particular focus on political analysis, source mapping, and comparative European perspectives. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science and International Affairs, with academic training focused on European politics, international relations, and foreign policy analysis. Her graduate work emphasized rigorous methodology, analytical writing, and the structured use of primary and secondary sources, skills that underpin her research contribution to EM2C. At EM2C, Pauline plays a key role in transforming strategic concepts into structured research products, supporting senior fellows and the executive team in the preparation of publications, conferences, and policy engagements. She represents the next generation of European analysts combining solid academic foundations with early exposure to high-level policy work.

Graig Hassan is a policy and public affairs professional specializing in diplomacy, international coordination, and geopolitical analysis, with a strong focus on Europe–Israel relations and Middle East strategic dynamics. His profile combines academic training in international affairs with hands-on experience in institutional representation, policy analysis, and strategic coordination.

He holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy, Strategy, and Conflict Studies from Reichman University, with a specialization in the Middle East, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations completed in Paris with honors. Originally from France, he made Aliyah in November 2023 and has since deepened his regional expertise through professional immersion in Israel and advanced Hebrew language training. Alongside his academic path, he participated in Monaco’s Academy of the Sea, an interdisciplinary strategic program held under the authority of the Prince’s Palace, which strengthened his interest in long-term geopolitical and policy analysis.

Professionally, Graig Hassan has worked as a public affairs consultant and international coordinator, notably with the Federation of Local Authorities in Tel Aviv, where he organized international forums, coordinated delegations, liaised with diplomats and elected officials, and produced analytical and strategic policy materials. At EM2C, he contributes to research support, strategic drafting, institutional outreach, and the operational development of the think tank at its formative stage.
